NJ Woman Who Made Child Porn With 4-Year-Old Faces Judge

The woman was an administrator of a group chat in which members would swap images of child sex abuse, officials said.

SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ — A woman who admitted to making child pornography with a four-year-old has learned her fate in court.

On Monday, Dominique Saczawa, 34, of Sparta, was sentenced to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to the production, distribution, advertisement, and possession of child pornography.

According to officials, Saczawa had engaged in sexual contact with a four-year-old and then produced images and videos of that sexual contact. She also admitted to sharing the videos and images with others, including co-conspirator Russell Lynn Davis Jr., 47, of Texas.

Davis admitted to conspiring with Saczawa to sexually exploit the child, including telling Saczawa to perform oral sex on the victim.

In addition to producing the material, Saczawa was an administrator of an online group chat in which members would swap child sexual abuse materials. Saczawa would threaten to remove people from the chat if they did not share content, court records show.

Investigators said the victims depicted in the group chat materials included toddlers potentially as young as one year old.

In addition to the prison term, Saczawa will also be subject to 15 years of supervision upon release.

“There are few crimes more disturbing than the sexual exploitation of a young child,” U.S. Attorney Robert Frazer said. “As the defendant admitted in court, she preyed on an exceptionally vulnerable four-year-old child, produced images of that abuse, and then distributed those materials online for others to view and share. This sentence reflects the extraordinary harm the defendant caused and demonstrates this Office’s unwavering commitment to protecting children and pursuing justice for victims who cannot protect themselves.”
