SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ — A Texas man who conspired with a Sussex County woman to make child pornography has been sentenced to prison, officials said.
On Wednesday, Russell Lynn Davis Jr., 48, earned a prison sentence months after pleading guilty to several child sexual abuse material (CSAM) charges.
Officials said Dominique Saczawa, 34, of Sparta, had engaged in sexual contact with a four-year-old and then produced images and videos of that sexual contact. She shared the videos and images with others, including co-conspirator Davis.
Federal officials said between June and August 2021, Davis received at least fourteen videos of Saczawa performing sexual acts on the child.

Davis admitted to commanding Saczawa to perform specific acts, including telling her to perform oral sex on the victim.
He pleaded guilty in federal court to conspiracy to sexually exploit a child, sexual exploitation of a child, and receipt of child pornography.
Saczawa also pleaded guilty to similar charges in May 2025. She was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Davis was sentenced to 25 years in prison this week. He will be subject to ten years of supervised release when he gets out of prison.
"Crimes against children strike at the heart of our communities, and the exploitation of a child is among the most disturbing crimes we encounter," said U.S. Attorney Robert Frazer. "This case is particularly egregious because it involved a man directing and commanding a mother to abuse her own four-year-old child and then capture those images in video recordings. Particularly troubling is the fact that this defendant was already a registered sex offender."
