HOPEWELL, NJ — A student-run club at Hopewell Valley Central High School is hosting a free Grateful Dead-themed benefit concert at Woolsey Park in Titusville on Sunday, June 14, with all proceeds benefiting the Hopewell Valley Mobile Food Pantry.
The event, called "Hunger Is Dead 2026," runs from 1 to 5 p.m. at 221 Washington Crossing Pennington Road and is organized by Valley Vibes, an after-school club at HVCHS. Three acts are scheduled: Kimock at 1 p.m., Far From Dead at 2:30 p.m., and Rockcital at 4 p.m.
Tickets are free, though organizers are encouraging a suggested donation of $25 as well as nonperishable food items. All food and monetary donations will go directly to the Hopewell Valley Mobile Food Pantry.
Nomad Pizza and Uncle Ed's will be on site offering paid refreshments, and attendees are welcome to bring their own food and beverages as well as lawn chairs or blankets.
