PENNINGTON, NJ — Nature lovers of all ages are invited to The Watershed Institute's annual Butterfly Festival, a day of family-friendly fun and environmental education.
Guests can attend on Saturday, Aug. 1 between 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. and enjoy a variety of activities celebrating butterflies, pollinators, and local watersheds.
The festival will feature Butterfly House tours, a butterfly and insect parade, live music, animal shows presented by Eyes of the Wild, food trucks, crafts, and more. Visitors can also purchase butterfly wings and other themed items at the Watershed Gift Shop.
The event takes place at The Watershed Institute, 31 Titus Mill Road, Pennington. Admission is $10 per person or $30 per carload (up to six people). Organizers strongly recommend pre-registration.
