100 Packs Of Cigarettes Swiped; Alleged Thief Sought By Howell PD
Breaking: Howell police hope someone recognizes the man in the surveillance photo.
HOWELL, NJ — Howell Township police are looking for the public's help in identifying a man accused of stealing more than 100 packs of cigarettes from Walmart.
The police department released photos on Facebook of the suspect from surveillance footage.
