HOWELL, NJ - Over a dozen municipal roadways are slated to be repaved in Howell Township this year, according to township documents.
A total of 13.36 lane miles are expected to be paved in 2021. The largest single repaving project on the schedule is the repaving of West Farms Road from State Highway Route 9 jughandle to east of Tyrpak Road.
The list is preliminary and “subject to change based on several factors" such as contemporaneous utility work, weather, emergencies, periodic site inspections that lead to prioritization of other roads and coordination with other related work. Additional residential streets are expected to be added to the list upon adoption of a capital budget.
