Music, Games, And Fireworks At Howell Day And Green Fair

HOWELL, NJ — Come and celebrate all things Howell and the environment at Saturday's Howell Day and Green Fair.

The event is set for 3 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Soldier Memorial Park, 587-593 Lakewood Farmingdale Road.

There will be a shuttle bus available from Howell Middle School North and Howell Middle School South, in addition to parking at Soldier Memorial Park and Bear Swamp Park.

There will be inflatables and mechanical rides; craft and merchandise vendors; a petting zoo; Touch-a-Truck with Howell police, fire, public works and Office of Emergency Management vehicles; face painting; cornhole, food trucks and the Howell PBA's beer and wine garden. There will be a "Kindness Corner" hosted by Bob Salomon, author of "Beyond The Laces," and electric vehicle test drives.

Live entertainment (see the schedule below) includes the Howell High School Marching Band; Howell High School Rebel Remix; Howell High School FPAC's The MVP Band; The bands Just Killin' Time and Nine Deeez Nite.

The event finishes with fireworks at dusk.
