HOWELL, NJ — One person was hospitalized after a pickup truck ran off Interstate 195and overturned in Howell early Tuesday, New Jersey State Police said.
The crash was reported at 5:44 a.m. in the area of milepost 28.6 on the westbound side of I-195, Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said.
The driver, who was not identified, was headed west in a Dodge Ram and lost control, ran off the road to the right and overturned in the woods, Lebron said.
The driver's injuries were not considered life-threatening, he said, and the driver was taken to an area hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
