Monmouth County Library branches to participate in One Book, One Community

The Monmouth County Library is proud to once again participate in the One Book, One Community program! This year, our activities will center on Kenneth Grahame’s classic, The Wind in the Willows

The One Book, One Community program is designed to unite the Monmouth County community through discussion, literacy, education, and local arts events all centered around one book. Nine Monmouth County Library branches, including the Howell Township Library, will be holding children’s story and craft programs centered on the book, beginning in November.

This year One Book, One Community will take place throughout Monmouth County between Nov. 4 and Dec. 30. The Two River Theater will host a kick-off for One Book, One Community on Nov. 4 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
