Howell Planning Board Postpones Hearing On Randolph Road Plan

HOWELL, NJ — Residents who intended to go to the April 4 Howell Township Planning Board meeting to speak up about a proposed retail center on Randolph Road have had their Thursday evening freed up.

The township posted a notice Thursday that the meeting has been canceled, and the hearing on the Monmouth Commerce Center has been rescheduled for May 9.

office/warehouse complex consisting of a two-story, 85,600-square-foot office building, eight
warehouse/industrial buildings of 123,600 square feet to 150,000 square feet each (total 1,156,602 square feet), five full-movement access drives along Randolph Road, parking for 738 vehicles and 142 trailer parking spaces, 266 loading spaces along the warehouse/industrial buildings, and six
monument-style site identification signs (five along the site access drives and one at the Oak Glen
Road and Lakewood Allenwood Road intersection.
