Candlewood Management Service has been New Jersey’s leading commercial swimming pool service provider since 1977.

We a wide variety of services and will cater to your individual association’s unique needs. From weekly maintenance visits, to fully staffing your facility with our experienced and friendly staff, everything you need comes from the same place.

All CMS lifeguards are professionally managed by a trained pool operator who is local and is familiar with your area. No matter what issues may arise, the trained pool operator is easily accessible to help diagnose, solve, or consult your association quickly and personally; no need to wait for the chain of command, as you’ll always have quick access to a trained CMS representative.

Our office is strategically located between the route 195 and NJ Parkway corridors, allowing our staff easy access to Burlington, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, and Union counties.

CMS also has a large fleet of technician trucks, so all seasonal preparation work, renovations, maintenance, and repairs are done in-house and on time to keep your pool and spa operational and looking beautiful all season long.

This commitment to continued education has led CMS to have over 60 Certified Professional Pool and Spa Operators on staff, along with a service team that consists of Pool and Hot Tub Alliance Certified Pool Maintenance Specialists, Certified Pool Technicians, and Certified Pool Builders.
