Changes Made To Freewood Acres Sewer Plan In Howell

The Township will not be enforcing the Freewood Acres must-connect to the sewer and water lines on May 1, 2022, as previously planned. The Township will be introducing an ordinance on May 10, 2022, which will extend the allowable period to connect to April 17, 2023. All property owners within the Freewood Acres service area will be required to connect by April 17, 2023 so it is still recommended that property owners begin the process to connect as soon as possible.
