Detailed Description, Photos Of Armed Robber Released By Howell Police
Breaking: The robber is described as a white male, medium build, 5-foot-8 to 6 feet, and took cash and Marlboro cigarettes, police said.

HOWELL, NJ — Howell Township police released photos and a more detailed description on Thursday of a man being sought in the armed robbery of an Adelphia Road convenience store and are seeking the public's help in identifying him.
The man is described as a white and in his 20s or 30s, about 5-foot-8 to 6 feet tall with a medium build. He was wearing a gray baseball cap with the brand "Stussy" written on the front and a long-sleeved gray shirt, Howell Detective Sgt. Christian Antunez said. The robber had dark gray sweatpants and tan work boots, and is holding a black bag, possibly a tool bag of some kind, with a red interior, Antunez said.
The robber, armed with a black semiautomatic handgun, held the clerk at gunpoint and demanded cash and a pack of Marlboro cigarettes from the clerk, stuffed them in the bag and ran out. He sped off in the pictured tan or gold-colored Nissan, Antunez said.

The robber was driving a 2000-2003 four-door Nissan Maxima, tan or gold in color, with damage to the area where the front driver’s side door meets the fender and possibly more damage to the fender itself, he said.
The robbery happened about 5:40 a.m. Wednesday at the Country Farms at 947 Route 524, Antunez said. Police were unable to locate the lone suspect, he said.

No shots were fired, no assault took place and no one was injured in the robbery, Antunez said.
