Cooking up a homemade weeknight dinners just got easier! I'm sharing five 5-ingredient meals that you are going to love!

I am really excited to share these four incredibly delicious and easy meals with you today. Each meal has just 5 ingredients and can easily be thrown together on the busiest of nights. So go ahead, grab the recipes to these and skip the drive thru... you can thank me later! Oh, do keep in mind... I don't count olive oil, salt, pepper, etc. in the count.

Lets start with one of the ultimates in comfort food... Mac & Cheese! This is not only just 5 ingredients but it also all comes together in just one pot! This is a great basic recipe and if you want to get creative with it go ahead and add some flair.... maybe some crisp bacon, caramelized onions or broccoli. This One Pot Mac & Cheese is going to be a new favorite for sure.

Next up is my One Pan Chicken Sausage, Peppers, Onions & Potatoes. Yea it is actually that simple, tossing everything onto a sheet pan with some olive oil, simple seasoning and popping it in the oven. Aren't the colors just gorgeous! A little added bonus, this is pretty darn healthy too!

Ok, where are my pasta lovers? My Bucatini with Sausage & Kale has become on of my favorite go to meals. Its super hearty, the flavors are incredible and again, just 5 ingredients! Pasta is such a great weeknight dinner staple because the possibilities of flavor combos are endless.

My Croissant Panini with Turkey, Gruyere, Apple & Mustard is so so tasty friends! Really not much of a "recipe" here because well the title says it all. This panini is great with the creamy gruyere, the crunch of the apples and that kick from some stone ground mustard.

The last one is a simple Grilled Vegetable Quesadilla. To really enhance the flavor I finish these quesadillas off with a drizzle of honey {hey, don't knock it till ya try it}. The flavor is phenomenal! Oh and if you're from the area you may recognize the honey that I used, From The Garden Inc is located in Freehold NJ- absolutely delicious!
