The Action Room will be offering our 1st ever Yoga class WITH YOUR DOGS! Classes are 30 minutes in length and are a great way to bond with your furry friend. Classes are limited to eight (8) dogs per class and once the 1st class sell out we will offer additional classes every half to accomodate everyone. Suggested donation is only $5 with a food donation to Rescue Ridge and they will take 100% of the proceeds from this event! You can sign-up at The Action Room beginning August 1st. While the yoga class will be INSIDE, we do ask that you have a leash for your friendly pet and also bring a yoga mat if you have one. If your pet is aggressive you are welcome to bring him to Gold's Gym next door.
