The Easter Show will begin with GCU Executive Chef Nicholas Petti giving a refresher course on sanitation and knife skills. Demonstrations include instruction, take-home recipes, and a chance to eat what is created. Due to legal constrictions, the shows are not "hands-on," but will be fun nonetheless!
Meal includes Hot Cross Buns, Roast Lamb, Fresh Ham, Perfect Asparagus, and Carrot Cake.
