FRHSD disgrace

My son is a junior at Howell High School. He applied to two county Vocational electrical programs and got accepted out of county. The Freehold regional high school district is fighting me saying he can not go out of county because they do not want to pay his tuition and transportation. I wrote letters to several people, Charles Sampson the superintendent of Freehold Regional High School district, Lester Richens, the interim Executive superintendent of Monmouth county vocational schools, among others . They have been uncooperative, and I can see this is all about money. But , the state laws seems clear, that you can apply out of county if you were not 'admitted' in your resident county for the same program offered in an outside county. I had to hire an Attorney, we appeared before a judge and our case is still pending. However, this being unsettled has left me with a transportation problem, not sure how I will get by son Matthew, a junior to a half day program when my husband and I work. I wrote a letter to Amy Fankhauser, the Howell Board rep for the Freehold Regional High School district , then I appeared before the Board . I then emailed the entire Board again after I spoke . Amy Fankhauser did not even give me the courtesy of a response . Isn't she supposed to be a representative for the people ? Wasn't she elected by us? This just proves even at a low level... all politicians are just that, politicians and really can't be trusted or relied on when we need them . I am disappointed and disgusted by our township’s leaders, and school officials. It's not what you know ... but 'who' you know. They will spend more money on attorney fees than the cost of paying for this program, fighting me on this matter ... a complete waste of our tax dollars. The administrators at Howell high school , Mr. Robert Galatola the supervisor of guidance, and Mr. Anthony Bonjavanni my son's guidance counselor , were sneaky from the beginning. They pulled my son's application from Mercer county without my knowledge when they requested his transcripts . Like I said , all about money . What a disgrace. As far as I'm concerned they are messing with my son's future , and his education. I will not stop fighting for him.
