Georgian Court’s McAuley Institute Presents “Understanding the Challenges of the Modern Family”

Reflect on the modern American family and the major changes that the family has gone through during the last 50 years, including evolving gender roles, marriage alternatives, and the roles of grandparents. The McAuley Institute for Lifelong Learning (MILL), a community education program for adults ages 50 and over, introduces Understanding the Challenges of the Modern Family, a three-session course led by educator and independent consultant Diana Gatti.

Join Ms. Gatti on three Wednesdays—November 6, 13, and 20—from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to enjoy factual yet reflective discussions of how society and your own family have responded to these challenges. The cost of this three-session course is $75 per MILL member and $100 per non-MILL member.

For an annual membership fee of only $25, MILL members can register for individual classes, which include workshops, short courses, and courses that meet for several weeks, in addition to free members-only social events and classes. For an additional fee, non-members can take classes, too.
