Howell Alliance & Optimist Club Golf Outing Fundraiser in Support of Our Youth, April 25th

The Howell Alliance and Howell Optimist Club need your support to make a difference in the lives of Howell youth. Join us on April 25th for the 21st Annual Charity Golf Outing, the Howell Township Mayor’s Cup Open, held at the scenic Eagle Oaks Golf and Country Club in Farmingdale.

The outing includes an 11 am registration, 11:30 am barbecue buffet lunch, 12:30 pm shotgun start, 5 pm, open bar and cocktail party, and 6 pm sit-down dinner with awards presentations, prize drawings, and super 50/50 raffle drawing. 

The Howell Alliance’s volunteers collaborate with residents, schools, town government, police, businesses, and other local organizations to prevent drug addiction, underage drinking, and tobacco use, as well as bullying, suicide, and other at-risk behaviors, through promoting public awareness, education, outreach resources, life skills, and positive choices. The Howell Optimist Club’s volunteers remain dedicated to bringing out the best in kids through positive service projects, scholarship awards, and assisting those in need.

Over the past 20 years, the golf outing has raised over $150,000 for community-based initiatives in Howell, including funding over 150 high school senior scholarships, buying 30 computers for middle schoolers, and providing 2,000 holiday gifts for families in need.
