HOWELL, NJ — The Howell Township Public Schools have canceled all activities for the afternoon and evening due to the nor'easter.The PAL aftercare program is remaining open, however, officials said in an announcement.The nor'easter moving up the New Jersey coast has resulted in scattered power outages, including nearly 9,000 customers in Monmouth County.

HOWELL, NJ — The Howell Township Public Schools have canceled all activities for the afternoon and evening due to the nor'easter.
