The New Jersey PGA Section recently released its list of honorees from this past high school golf season and a Howell freshman is among those being recognized.
Dawson Jones received third team All State honors to end his rookie season. Jones is one of 30 boys and 10 girls to earn the honor from the NJPGA for the Spring 2012 season.
A press release from the NJPGA said the honorees were selected based on points earned at the Tournament of Champions, the Group Sectional, County Championship and Conference Championship tournaments.
