Howell Holding Christmas Tree, Menorah Celebration

The annual holiday celebration at town hall will include fun for the family as well as the two lighting ceremonies.

HOWELL, NJ — Howell Township residents are invited to kick off the holiday season at the township's Christmas Tree and Menorah Lighting on Tuesday, Dec. 4.

The event is from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Howell Municipal Building, 4567 Route 9.

The festivities will include musical entertainment from the Howell High School Brass Choir & Saxology, Howell High School "One Voice" and Memorial Elementary 5th Grade Chorus, plus free hot cocoa, cookies and goodies, visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus and elf, Pony & Pals petting zoo, games, crafts, Debbie O's Concessions and DJ Jeff.

Honorable guests are Rabbi Klein and Mayor Theresa Berger.

Very limited parking will be available in the Howell Municipal Building Complex. Shuttle buses will be available at the Howell Commons Shopping Plaza (closest to Dress Barn).

Don't forget to bring your letter to Santa. We will have a mailbox indoors in the foyer or you can give your letter directly to Santa! (Please include child's name & return address.)
