Howell Man In Critical Condition After Route 571 Car Crash: PD
A 21-year-old Howell resident was critically injured after being partially ejected from his car in the accident, police said.

HOWELL, NJ — A 21-year-old Howell resident is in critical condition after a car accident early Saturday morning near County Route 571 and Quarry Road, Manchester police said.
Sean Page, 21, was injured due to partial ejection from the car during the accident. Police say that Page was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident. Officials had Page airlifted to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, where he is now facing critical injuries.
The single-car accident occurred on Route 571 around 1:15 a.m. Page, who was driving a silver 2001 Ford Taurus, lost control of the vehicle as he was approaching a curve and crashed into a tree and then a second smaller tree.

According to the Manchester police, the crash is still currently under official investigation, but speed has been determined to be a factor.
Patrolman Keith Douglas of the department’s Traffic Safety Unit is the lead investigator of the accident.
