Howell Nature Photographer Wins $1K for Wildlife Conservation Group

Dawn Foiles of Howell has won NJ Keep It Green’s Instagram contest for her photo sunset on the Manasquan Reservoir, featured here.

As the winner, Dawn got to direct her $1,000 prize to the NJ Keep It Green conservation organization of her choice. Of the 170+ coalition members working to preserve and protect New Jersey’s open spaces, Dawn chose Conserve Wildlife Foundation of NJ, a group that protects and promotes wildlife.

Dawn is a true friend of nature, having worked with bats and birds of prey. She has built ponds on her property to provide habitat for frogs, and loves to photograph nature! She was thrilled to learn that she won, and excited that her prize will be directed to student programs.
