HOWELL, NJ — The third annual Operation Pol-Ice Cream event that was scheduled for Wednesday has been postponed, Howell Township police said. The event has been moved to Tuesday, July 30 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Ice Cream on 9, 2300 Route 9 South. The event is an opportunity to spend some time with Howell police officers and have some ice cream. The first 100 kids under age 12 will receive a ticket for a free scoop of ice cream.
