Howell Schools to Reopen Wednesday

After more than a week of being closed the Howell Public Schools will once again open on Wednesday morning.

According to an email from the district Wednesday will be a delayed opening. With the concern of students in mind there will be an adjustment to the buses in some cases. "Students will be picked up at their doorstop if their bus stop is covered with debris," the email said. 

With the cancellation of the NJEA convention schools will be open with regular schedules on Thursday and Friday. 

As of Tuesday afternoon no official decision had been made about the Freehold Regional High School District schools. The latest update on their website from Monday night said Manalapan High School and Freehold Township High School did not have power but that was expected to be resolved "within the next day."
