Howell Set To Mark National Night Out Tuesday
The annual event will feature displays and demonstrations by the police department and emergency personnel.

HOWELL, NJ — Howell Township residents are invited to come out Tuesday night to mingle with each other and their police department as the township celebrates National Night Out.
The event, hosted by the Howell Township Police Athletic League, will be held at the Howell Target on Route 9 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
"This event is designed to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness, generate support for, and participation in, local anti crime programs, strengthen neighborhood spirit and police community, and send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and ready to fight back," the police athletic league said in a post about the event.
