HOWELL, NJ — As part of its ongoing efforts to connect Howell residents with the township's police force, the Howell Township Police Department is taking part in Saturday's Coffee With A Cop event at Starbucks.

The event is Saturday, Nov. 18, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Starbucks at 621 Route 9, next to the Strickland Road park-and-ride.

The event is one of 100 around the country that Starbucks has sponsored in 2017 in an effort to help improve relationships between law enforcement and the communities they serve through the informal get-togethers, Starbucks said on its website.
