Howell Teen Missing, Police Say
Breaking: He is believed to have left voluntarily and police seek help locating him.

HOWELL, NJ -- Howell Township police are seeking the public's help in locating a Howell teen who never arrived at school Tuesday morning.
Jess Peleo, 13, is described as 5-foot-1, 165 pounds and he wears black eyeglasses, police said. He was last seen wearing a grat jacket, gray Nike sneakers, blue jeans, and a black hooded sweatshirt with red stripes, police said.
Peleo was reported missing at 10:30 a.m. after he failed to arrive at school, police said. All indications are that he left voluntarily and may have taken a bus to New York City, police said.
