Howell Township To Launch Family Egg Scavenger Hunt Event

HOWELL, NJ - For the second year in a row, Howell’s Easter in the Park will be replaced with a socially distanced Easter egg hunt through the township.

In partnership with the Business Recovery Task Force, Howell Township will be sponsoring a scavenger Easter egg hunt that will see participants decipher clues to find the location of 12 hidden Easter eggs throughout Howell.

Each of the 12 eggs will contain a portion of a special message.

The multi-day event will begin Friday, March 26 and conclude on Monday, March 29. Families may turn in clue sheets and a group photo by 8 p.m. on March 29 to be one of 50 randomly selected winners of free prizes.

Registrants will receive a welcome packet on March 25 with directions on how to participate in the socially distanced event.

Families can register at this link. By registering, you are granting permission for Howell Township to use any photographs of yourself or your child participating in the activity.

Outdoor gatherings are currently limited to 25 people in the state of New Jersey, however there are no listed capacity limits for outdoor wedding ceremonies, funerals, political and religious activities.
