Howell Welcomes New Patrolman
The officer graduated from the Monmouth County Police Academy Friday, chief says.

HOWELL, NJ -- A new patrol officer is working in the township, after graduating from the Monmouth County Police Academy on Friday, Chief Andrew Kudrick said.
Patrolman Raymond M. Tillotson Jr. graduated as part of the academy's 90th class.
Tillotson is a long-time Howell resident who spent a year as an officer with the New York Police Department, Kudrick said. The Monmouth County Police Academy is the second full academy he attended, Kudrick said; "This just shows his dedication."

Tillotson begins his field training this weekend and will be assigned to the patrol division, he said.
"Please help me wish him a long, successful and safe career in Howell. Welcome to the big leagues, Ray," Kudrick said.
