HOWELL, NJ — Come out Thursday evening and bring your kids to meet members of the Howell Township Police Department as the department holds its second annual Operation Pol-Ice Cream Social.

The event from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today, July 26, is a reschedule from a day that was rained out.The event is at Ice Cream On 9, 2300 Route 9 south in Howell. The first 500 children in attendance will receive a coupon for free ice cream that must be used at the event.
