Laundry Room Fire Battled In Howell: Police
Police said the fire has been knocked down but emergency personnel remain at the scene.
HOWELL, NJ — One person escaped injury Monday morning when a fire broke out in the laundry room of a Howell Township home, police said.
The fire at a home on Stuart Street has been knocked down but firefighters and emergency personnel remain at the scene, police said.
"The fire is currently knocked down and limited to laundry area due to the quick response of our fire department volunteers," police said. One person was in the home at the time and escaped unharmed.
