HOWELL, NJ — A man was in custody Monday evening after police say he crashed into a Howell Township patrol car on Route 9 south while running away from a motor vehicle stop.The man has not been identified. Police said the man crashed into the patrol car on Route 9 south of Lanes Mill Road.
