Man Ejected, Hit By Car After Route 195 Crash In Howell: NJSP

The man was hospitalized following the crash; he was hit after he landed in the opposing lanes of traffic, State Police said.

HOWELL, NJ — A Jackson Township man is hospitalized after he was ejected from a vehicle during a crash on Route 195 Saturday morning and hit by a car after he landed in the opposing lanes, New Jersey State Police said Sunday.

Clint Eng, 38, was a passenger in the Nissan Xterra driven by Keith Eng, 36, of Jackson, when the accident happened shortly after 6 a.m. Saturday, New Jersey State Trooper Alejandro Goez said Sunday.

Goez said Keith Eng was driving in the left lane of the eastbound side of Route 195 when he lost control and went into the median between the east and westbound lanes. The Xterra overturned and hit a guardrail, Goez said, and in the process, Clint Eng was ejected.
