The credit card was stolen from an unlocked vehicle a few hours before it was used at a convenience store, police say.

HOWELL, NJ — Howell police are hoping someone can identify a man they say used a stolen credit card to buy several items at Quick Chek in mid-January.
The man, seen in photos pulled from surveillance footage at the Quick Chek on Route 9 in Howell, is described as a white male in his mid-20s with a thin build, black hair and average height, Howell police said.
His hair is shaved on both sides of his head but appears to be shaved higher on the right side of his head and is combed over the opposite direction, police said. He was wearing blue jeans, a maroon hooded sweatshirt, white sneakers and a green zippered jacket, police said.
