This Man Stuffed Computer Gear Into His Pants, Didn't Pay, Police Say; Do You Know Him?

Breaking: The man took $600 worth of computer-related items from the Staples in Howell, and police hope someone can identify him.

HOWELL, NJ — Howell Township police are seeking the public's help in identifying a man who police say shoved several computer-related items into his pants and walked out Staples without paying.

The incident happened June 6, Detective Sgt. Christian Antunez said.

The white man seen in the attached photos walked into the Staples on Route 9 in Howell on June 6, Antuez said.

Footage from the store's surveillance system shows the man concealing several computer-related electronics in his pants before walking out of the store without paying, Antunez said. The items are valued at $600, he said.
