Port Authority Arrests Howell Man, Says He Owes $94K In Skipped Tolls: Report
The report said he was stopped after going through an E-ZPass lane at the Outerbridge Crossing.

HOWELL, NJ — A Howell Township man has been arrested on charges he skipped out on paying more than $94,000 in tolls and fees, according to a report.
The Asbury Park Press reported Sean T. Haluska, 43, of Vardon Way, was arrested Friday morning after he drove through the E-ZPass lane at the Outerbridge Crossing in Staten Island without paying the toll.
Port Authority police found Haluska's license was suspended and found he owed $94,600 in tolls and fees on nearly 1,500 violations, the report said.
