Red Ribbon Night & Book Fair In Howell Wednesday
The community event will include K9 demonstrations, a DJ, and much more.

HOWELL, NJ — It's Red Ribbon Week across the nation, the time when schools and community groups work to stress the importance of staying away from drug and alcohol addiction to children.
In Howell, they're trying something a little different: The Howell Township Police Department, in coordination with the Howell PAL and the Howell Alliance, its anti-drug coalition, have created Red Ribbon Night.
The event is set for Wednesday, Oct. 25, at the Barnes & Noble on Route 9, and is scheduled to run from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
