HOWELL, NJ — The bridge collapse that happened on Ramtown-Greenville Road as a result of the Aug. 13 storm has uncovered skeletal remains in a wooded area of Howell, police said Tuesday.

The remains were found by land surveyors doing work in the area to prepare for the repair of the bridge, a portion of which was washed out by the storm, police said.
