Throw Dad A Delicious Father's Day

I love any reason to spoil the dads in my life, especially my husband. Of course being a major foodie, putting together an incredibly delicious meal is at the top of my list. NJ has been so rainy so lets keep our fingers crossed for some amazing weather for Fathers Day shall we? Let jump right into all the deliciousness I have planned!

Can anyone resist a huge bowl of Homemade Guacamole? I sure can't! This is at every family get together and I am kind of known for it {pats self on back}. So bright and fresh, you'll have a hard time putting down the chips with this one.

Another favorite in my house are these Potstickers with Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce. Don't worry, this is a semi homemade one! Buy the potstickers and make this perfect dip! Finger foods are so much fun aren't they?

Ok the main dish... there are SO many options but I'll just give you a few of my favorites. Lets start with this classic, the Chili Cheese Dog. You can make the perfect chili ahead of time and keep it warm in a slow cooker ready to go for those perfectly grilled hot dogs! So good!

This one right here, WOW! The flavors are out of this world and one of my favorite summertime dishes! Cajun Grilled Chicken with Summer Corn Salad. The perfect amount of spice on the chicken all cooled down a but with that fresh salad.

I love having a fun spread so a Build Your Own Burger Bar for Dad sounds pretty perfect right? A juicy burger with options for cheese, peppers, lettuce, pickles, onions and MORE!

Alright, lets move along to some fantastic sides! This may sound odd but I promise, its so refreshing and flavorful... Watermelon Mozzarella Salad! Oh and guess what, a whole 2 ingredients! Does it get any easier?

In my book, it really doesn't get much better then this one right here. All my favorites from an antipasto platter turned into a pasta salad! Italian Pasta Salad for the win!

Ok ok... dessert time!!! Lets start things off with this Strawberry Cheesecake Dip. Its light, refreshing and so darn good!

These Zeppole are an absolute treat! Light, crisp and covered in powdered sugar. These Italian festival bites are a great addition to any summer get together!

I'm finishing this incredible Fathers Day Menu with my favorite Blueberry Crumble Pie! This is dessert PERFECTION! Grab some Jersey blueberries for the freshest pie you will ever make!
