Who's Running For Howell Township Council This Year
Republicans Michael Bernstein, Ian Nadel, Fred Gasior and Susan Fischer versus Democrats John Bonevich, Denise King and Jack R. Bishop.

HOWELL, NJ — Three township council seats are up for grabs this year in Howell Township and seven candidates have filed petitions with the Township clerk.
Democratic incumbent John Bonevich is vying to keep his seat on the council for another term. Denise King and Jack R. Bishop make up the rest of the Democratic ticket this year.
Michael Bernstein, Ian Nadel, Fred Gasior and Susan Fischer filed petitions for the Republican nominations.

The 2022 primary election takes place on Tuesday, June 7 in New Jersey. The winners will earn their party's nomination for the general election, which takes place on Tuesday, Nov. 8, and will also include independent candidates.
Voters have until May 17 to register for the primary election.
