Woman, 84, Killed Crossing Road With Walker; Howell Man Charged With DWI In Crash: Reports
Breaking: Michael Kenask is being held in county jail in Arkansas, where the accident happened Wednesday night, the reports said.

HOWELL, NJ — A Howell Township man was drunk behind the wheel when his Jeep hit an 84-year-old woman with a walker who was crossing a street in Arkansas, according to reports.
Michael Kenask, 35, was arrested Thursday in the accident that killed Wilma Glass of Van Buren, according the website Inside Fort Smith.
The accident happened Wednesday, according to reports. Glass was pushing her walker across U.S. 64 to a shopping center about 7:30 p.m. when she was hit, according to the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. The road there is four lanes with a turn lane, the paper reported.

The reports said Kenask was tested and found to have a blood-alcohol content above 0.08, which is the legal limit in Arkansas.
Kenask is being held at the Crawford County Jail without bail on charges of negligent homicide, driving while intoxicated and careless driving, according to the reports.
