Organizers describe the gathering as "an evening of remembrance, hope and unity," where neighbors can honor people they have lost or whose lives have been changed by substance use.

Purple candles illuminate Prevention Is Key's invitation to pause, remember and support one another. Guests may submit a loved one's name to be read during the remembrance ceremony or paint a memorial rock as a personal tribute.

The evening is intended to offer hope, reflection and unity for families, friends and community members carrying grief.

Refreshments will be served. To RSVP or submit a name, email JTotton@mcpik.org or call 973-625-1998, ext. 131. Organizers say, "Hope is possible."
