Are you a lottery winner but you don't even know it? If you bought a ticket in Hudson County, you may be.

HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — A winning Powerball ticket bought at a beauty supply store in North Jersey will expire soon unless someone claims it.

The $50,000 ticket was purchased last year at D'Latinos Beauty Supply on Bergenline Avenue in West New York, the NJ Lottery said on Monday.

A Pick-6 jackpot-winning ticket worth $5.9 million will also expire soon, on May 22. It was sold in Roseland in Essex County.

New Jersey Lottery players have exactly one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.

The West New York ticket was sold on May 3, 2025.

"We urge all players to check their tickets," said a NJ Lottery spokesperson on Monday. "Tickets can be scanned with the NJ Lottery mobile app or by entering the ticket numbers manually."
