JERSEY CITY, NJ — Film and TV actress Margaret Qualley was seen running through Jersey City's Hamilton Park last week filming a new movie, "Possession," People Magazine reported.
The film is a remake of a 1981 horror flick, the magazine said.
Qualley has starred in a number of high-profile movies and TV series recently, including the Netflix limited series "Maid."
Qualley has made news this month after word spread that her three-year marriage to rocker Jack Antonoff (a native of Bergen County) is on the rocks.
Paramount Pictures was in Hamilton Park filming the project two weeks ago as well, according to signage posted on the Facebook page of the Hamilton Park Neighborhood Association.
Reports said that while signage dubbed the film, "The Bureaucrat," it's actually a code name for "Possession."
Dozens of films, TV shows, and commercials have been filmed in Jersey City and Hoboken since the pandemic, notably including the Bob Dylan biopic starring Timothee Chalamet, "A Complete Unknown," which filmed around both cities.
