A judge has ordered key witness and ex-Hoboken official Leo Pellegrini deposed from federal prison before the case heads to trial in December.
3. New Jersey 9/11 memorial gets funding from Gary Sinise Foundation for cleaning, maintenance (cbsnews.com) — Jersey City's Empty Sky 9/11 Memorial at Liberty State Park is getting nearly $42,000 from the Gary Sinise Foundation to tackle long-needed cleaning and repairs. Playwright Afrika Brown adapts her poetry collection into a multi-sensory performance exploring intense love, heartbreak, and self-discovery, with a small cast embodying different facets of a relationship's rise and collapse.
