Local artists Erin A. DeLaney and Aarti Mehta are proud to present a unique collaborative art exhibition as part of the 32nd Annual Jersey City Art & Studio Tour (JCAST). Opening this weekend, the exhibition brings together striking macro photography and intricate window star origami to celebrate the vibrant colors, delicate patterns, and small wonders found in the world around us.

The exhibition will be on view on Saturday, October 3rd, and Sunday, October 4th, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Carr Hall, located at the Church of St. Paul and Incarnation, 38 Duncan Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07304. Admission is free and open to the public.

Inspired by the colors, patterns, and small details found in backyard bugs and nature, the exhibition invites visitors to slow down and look more closely at their environment. Erin's photographs and Aarti's colorful folded paper stars come together to celebrate everyday beauty, light, and creativity, offering a welcoming experience that sparks curiosity and encourages viewers to see familiar things in a new way.

About the Artists:

·Erin A. DeLaney is a Jersey City–based photographer, digital retoucher, and artist. A graduate of Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Public Communication, she founded Erin A. DeLaney Photo in 2011 and has self-published several coloring books highlighting Jersey City.

·Aarti Mehta is an emerging artist, architect, and urban planner whose practice centers on window star origami—an intricate paper-folding tradition exploring geometry, light, and the natural environment.
