JERSEY CITY, NJ — Jersey City Medical Center is asking for the public to help identify a man in their care.
They say that he fell outside a local supermarket on July 18 and was brought in by ambulance.
"He is currently confused and unable to provide his name, demographic information, or any details about his family or next of kin," they said.
The post shows a man with gray and white hair.
If you recognize him, or if you believe you may be a relative, friend, or neighbor, contact the Jersey City Police Department or Jersey City Medical Center's Security Department immediately at 201-915-2045, they said.
