Online registration is open at https://www.bikejc.org/ward-tour. There will also be in-person registration at the early bib pickup locations this Friday and Saturday (details are on the website below), and at the start on Sunday morning, beginning at 9 a.m.
The actual tour starts at 11 a.m.
More than 1,000 people have already registered; previous editions have drawn over 3,000 riders.
"In a time of a soaring cost of living and rampant divisiveness, the Ward Tour is a celebration of community, freedom, and affordability,” said Tyler Newcomb, president of Bike JC. “It is a reminder that cycling brings all of us together, allows us to experience our communities more intimately, and provides an affordable and sustainable means of transportation and recreation."
The ride can take three to four hours, depending on one's speed.
